Job summary

Ovation Healthcare in Brentwood, TN, seeks a Manager, Clinical Value Analysis to drive evidence-based product evaluations and cost optimization across clinical service lines. Qualifications

• RN licensed with clinical background in patient care.
• 5–8+ years in healthcare settings.
• Experience leading value analysis initiatives.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and patient safety.
• Lean/Six Sigma or process-improvement training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead value analysis programs with VAC and service line advisory groups.
• Partner with clinicians to evaluate new technologies and standardization opportunities.
• Perform ROI analyses, cost comparisons, and savings tracking.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor product utilization.
