Job summary

Alliant Purchasing LLC in Louisville, KY seeks a Manager of Clinical Strategy & Value Analysis to lead evidence-based decision-making across hospitals and providers, drive product standardization, and deliver value-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with nursing, physicians, supply chain, finance, and quality teams to evaluate products and technologies, develop policies, and communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations that help members improve care and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active clinical license.
• Two (2) or more years of clinical experience in a hospital, procedural, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Participation in multidisciplinary committees, team initiatives, or cross-functional projects preferred.
• Experience in surgical and procedural areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of value analysis processes for member organizations at varying maturity levels.
• Coordinate VAC activities, including agenda prep, meetings, follow-ups, and documenting decisions.
• Evaluate products/services/technologies for clinical effectiveness, safety, and value.
• Develop and implement value analysis policies and standardized workflows to build sustainable internal processes.
• Track pipeline metrics, timelines, and savings; report results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Educate members on Clinicity tool adoption and value-focused practices.
