Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is hiring a Unit Manager for a full-time days schedule. You will lead nursing operations on the assigned unit, delivering safe, resident-centered care with strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN or LPN license.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a nursing care center or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care on the assigned unit.
• Coordinate nursing care to support physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure incident reporting with follow-up to the Administrator and DON.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the DON.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered care.
