Mass General Brigham is seeking a patient-care clerical professional to provide administrative support for a nursing unit within our system. You will answer phones, greet visitors and patients, maintain patient records, perform data entry, and assist with environmental control and supply tasks in a busy clinical setting.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year clerical or customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent patient-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Experience: 0-1 year clerical support or customer service preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to a group of nonexecutive employees in a patient care department, typically a nursing unit.
• Manage and distribute information within an office and clinical reception, answer phones, greet visitors and patients and maintain patient records.
