Responsibilities

• Schedule and call subjects for appointments and reminders.
• Prepare, distribute, and process questionnaires.
• Maintain regulatory documents, consent forms, and logs.
• Assist with screening, recruitment, and obtaining consent of study participants.
• Administer questionnaires and tests; code data for entry; review forms for completeness.
• Extract data from source documents and complete case report forms.
• Perform basic measurements and tests (vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG) under protocol.
• Prepare, process, and ship specimens; order equipment and supplies.
• Process study compensation payments and thank-you letters; assist with post-study activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
