Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Specialist II to independently manage clinical research study portfolios from start-up through activation. You will maintain CTMS and EMR study builds, perform quality reviews, and partner with investigators to resolve operational issues while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires experience in clinical research operations, CTMS/EMR proficiency, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Research Operations with CTMS/EMR builds.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Clinical research certification preferred (ACRP-CP, CCRP, CCRP).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: oversee trials through start-up and activation with compliance.
• Create and maintain CTMS and EMR study builds with minimal oversight.
• Perform quality reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide updates on timelines, barriers, and progress for leadership.
• Mentor and train junior staff and collaborate with investigators.
