Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure protocol, regulatory, and patient safety compliance. Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC or CCRP certification preferred or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from study start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex study visit schedules and protocol-related activities while ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review, outreach, and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP guidelines and site SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and accountability.
• Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments per protocol and IATA regulations.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS updates, and data queries with sponsor expectations.
• Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
