Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently manage daily trial activities and ensure patient safety and protocol compliance. You will partner with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive enrollment and high-quality study execution.

The role requires 3-5 years of clinical research experience and a degree in a scientific/healthcare field, with CTMS/EDC proficiency and HIPAA/GCP familiarity. On-site collaboration across US sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCR COC/CCRP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage study visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention, including consent discussions and enrollment tracking.
• Perform protocol-required visits, phlebotomy, and specimen handling per SOPs and regulations.
• Prepare for and participate in sponsor, CRO, and regulatory visits and audits.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and resolve data queries.
