Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities across research site(s) and manage staff.
• Drive enrollment performance and ensure quality, compliance, and timelines.
• Lead onsite training and manage employee lifecycle for CRCs and RAs.
• Maintain EMR and CTMS tasks and coordinate with CROs and sponsors.
• Collaborate with investigators to support site health and performance.
