Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and general computer applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar workplace tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling software or willingness to learn scheduling systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of scheduling and staff information.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review protocol event schedules and translate activities into staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules and daily assignment sheets.
• Obtain, track, and maintain staff availability; coordinate assignments.
• Assign staff to activities based on availability, training, and requirements.
• Communicate schedules to staff and adjust as needs change.
• Maintain scheduling records and related documentation.
• Use Excel, Outlook, Teams and scheduling software to coordinate staffing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee schedules and study information.
