Flourish Research is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Charlotte, NC site. This role involves performing protocol-guided patient visits, phlebotomy, ECGs, and data entry while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.

The candidate will ensure accurate CRFs/eCRFs and informed consent processes. The ideal candidate has oncology clinical research experience, at least two years in the field, strong organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have oncology clinical research experience.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Clinical skills: vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, injections.
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
• Clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical compass, honest, detail-oriented and self-driven.
• High-level critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures (phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG).
• Document assessments and study data per regulations; maintain source documentation; complete CRFs/eCRFs.
• Obtain informed consent per federal regs, GCP, and IRB requirements.
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Complete required training; attend investigator meetings; stay current with regulations and Flourish policies.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and confidentiality agreements.
• Report adverse events promptly; report SAEs to sponsor within 24 hours and notify PI/Sub-Is.
