Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse for our Charlotte, NC site to support infusion, specimen collection, and participant safety under GCP guidelines. You will work with investigators and other staff to ensure protocol compliance and quality data collection, while delivering excellent participant care.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in good standing, preferably ADN/BSN, and 1–2 years of clinical research experience, with a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IV infusion and phlebotomy.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Infusion and specimen collection according to study protocols.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and report findings.
• Conduct clinical trial visits and support informed consent.
• Maintain accurate research records and protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with investigators and study staff to support start-up, conduct, and close-out.

Education

RN license in good standing (state of site)

ADN/BSN preferred

GCP certification preferred
