Job summary

Flourish Research is actively seeking a Regional Recruitment Lead to drive patient enrollment across the North Florida region. You will lead site teams, design regional enrollment strategies, and ensure timely follow-up of leads.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-channel recruitment experience, and a data-driven approach to meet enrollment and revenue goals while delivering an excellent patient experience. Remote with travel, competitive base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing patient enrollment teams and call-center dynamics.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimize enrollment and revenue.
• Ability to build diverse, inclusive patient recruitment networks.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans with corporate recruitment teams.
• Achieve enrollment goals and revenue targets for assigned studies.
• Lead multi-channel recruitment strategies with community partnerships and referrals.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience from first contact to enrollment.
• Develop referral networks with community orgs and healthcare providers.
• Oversee diversity and inclusion to ensure representative populations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to address underperformance.
• Lead and manage recruitment call center leaders and trainers.
• Manage prescreen programs to support revenue and timelines.
• Coach managers and contributors, driving improvements.
• Identify process improvements and partner with support teams.
• Engage in sponsor communications and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure CRM and CTMS documentation is accurate and timely.
