Qualifications

• Experience creating/managing advertising media with IRB processes and CTMS integrations.

• Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and trends.
• Excellent time management and prioritization of timelines.
• Outstanding communication with management, staff, vendors, sponsors, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and lead companywide recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with local market patient navigators to utilize workflows and EMR for recruitment.
• Manage CTMS recruitment builds.
• Primary liaison to marketing groups or advertising vendors for research content.
• Oversee website decisions and ensure alignment with leadership.
• Support pre-screening, scheduling, and patient screening workflows with local markets.
• Partner with marketing on IRB-approved outreach materials and community engagement.
• Develop external patient engagement activities for local markets.
• Create advertising, social media posts, and other recruitment media.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and optimize enrollment.
• Train and supervise recruitment specialists and weekly recruitment plans.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and referral networks.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB, and HIPAA in recruitment activities.
• Coordinate IRB submissions with regulatory team for study-specific ads.
• Provide frequent recruitment metric reporting to leadership.
