Precision Medicine Group seeks a Clinical Trial Manager/Senior CTM to lead the operational phase of multiple clinical studies from planning through closeout. This remote US role interfaces with clients, vendors and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to protocol and ICH-GCP.

You will develop key study documents, monitor budgets, manage CROs/CRAs, and drive site feasibility, recruitment strategy and data quality with strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience with monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead the clinical trial planning, conduct and oversight of studies per SOPs and ICH-GCP.
• Develop study documents (protocols, ICF templates, CRF guidelines).
• Collaborate with PM on budget invoicing and variance management.
• Lead internal clinical team meetings and mentor CRAs/CTAs.
• Manage regulatory submissions to CA/IRB with regulatory teams.
