The role is remote for candidates based in the United States, with up to 25% travel. This position emphasizes patient-focused care, leadership, and strategic partnership across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree required.
• 2+ years as Clinical Trial Manager or equivalent.
• 4+ years as Clinical Research Associate.
• Travel up to 25%; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Clinical Research Associates and site management team members throughout the full study lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects.
• Act as a sponsor-facing contact, building strong partnerships and ensuring effective communication throughout study execution.
• Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality expectations, and budget requirements.
• Identify and manage out-of-scope activities while proactively communicating potential impacts and solutions; drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Support high-quality study conduct by providing leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to project teams.
