The position emphasizes patient care coordination, records management, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and researchers in a long-term, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem solving and teamwork skills essential.
• Experience scheduling patient appointments and travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, travel and admission of study participants.
• Screen patients and coordinate appointments with protocol investigators.
• Arrange travel and lodging for study participants and coordinate materials.
• Distribute recruitment materials and triage inquiries to the team.
• Maintain patient files and upload records to EMR daily.
• Create reports/spreadsheets for protocol patient tracking.
• Respond to patient communications and route questions appropriately.
• Provide travel information and assist with clinic scheduling.
• Assist with training materials and coaching of coordinators.
