Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Logistics and Planning Associate II based in Philadelphia, PA to coordinate supply planning and logistics across multiple clinical studies.

The role involves working with Clinical, Manufacturing and CMOs to ensure timely patient schedules and compliant logistics. The candidate will implement scheduling software, manage transport costs, and support site onboarding while maintaining strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a related supply chain/planning/logistics role.
• Experience with time-critical and temperature-sensitive products is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP, courier, and material ordering portals is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling program implementation for clinical trials and future commercial requirements, including logistics and chain of custody.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Manufacturing and CMOs to support production plans and patient schedules.
• Onboard new sites and provide logistics support for trial execution.
• Implement KPIs to optimize product transport and on-time delivery at lowest cost.
• Manage logistics couriers and relationships across multiple teams.
