Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech clinical research, oncology/immuno-oncology required
• Experience leading phase 1–4 trials and investigator-initiated trials
• Ability to manage studies within timeline and budget
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial agreements, budgets, expenditures, and payments
• Ensure timely execution of programs from conception to final report, supervising CROs
• Maintain relationships with site personnel to ensure protocol adherence and GCP
• Oversee conduct at study centers from startup to closure
• Contribute to protocol development and amendments
• Prepare key documents (Investigator Brochures, FDA briefing docs)
• Review Investigator Sponsored Trials documentation
• Create SOPs and clinical work practices; implement with FDA/EMA regs
• Interface with CMO/Medical Monitor and cross-functional teams
• Direct supervision of clinical operations team members
• Represent the company at external meetings
