Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or science related area.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech clinical research experience (oncology/immuno-oncology required).
• Leading phase 1-4 trials and Investigator-initiated trials experience.
• Managing clinical studies within timeline and budget.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven negotiating, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical trial agreements, budgets, expenditures and payments for clinical studies.
• Ensures timely execution of programs from conception through final study report with external CROs.
• Maintains relationships with site personnel to ensure adherence to GCP and protocols.
• Oversees site startup, monitoring, data management, biostatistics and pharmacovigilance.
• Contributes to internal SOPs and regulatory-compliance workflows.
