Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Philadelphia, is seeking a Logistics and Planning Associate II to coordinate supply planning and logistics across multiple clinical studies. This role will collaborate with Clinical, Manufacturing, and CMOs to ensure production plans and patient schedules are executed efficiently from collection through infusion.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supply chain roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Oracle/ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a related supply chain/planning/logistics role.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP and courier portals is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment.
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Good business acumen with strategic/analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver timely, high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling software implementation for clinical trials and future commercial needs, from collection to infusion.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Manufacturing, and CMOs to support production plans and patient schedules.
• Support clinical operations with onboarding of new sites.
• Implement KPIs to refine product transport and on-time delivery at minimum cost.
• Manage sourcing, onboarding, performance, and relationships with logistics couriers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand and study milestones.
• Prepare, review, and present data, reports, and presentations.
• Interface with senior management and deliver recommendations to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
