AdventHealth in Orlando seeks a dedicated clinical research data entry professional to support protocol-driven data management. The role involves handling eCRFs, ensuring PI signatures, and coordinating with internal teams and external sponsors to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in clinical data entry, familiarity with EDC systems, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with precision.

• Solid understanding of project management concepts to ensure protocol compliance.

Responsibilities

• Obtains essential protocol-required information per study protocol and contractual obligations.
• Assists with identification, collection, and reporting of deviations and adverse events.
• Ensures PI signatures on eCRFs and documents training on EDC systems.
• Supports site monitors and audits by sponsors, FDA, and other authorities.
• Coordinates with external institutions for timely data acquisition.
• Onboards and mentors new team members.
• Manages timely data entry submission to sponsors/organizations.
