Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a clinical research professional to coordinate Phase 1-4 trials, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate data capture. You will manage visits, tests, and sponsor communications, aligning with GCP standards.

The role requires RN licensure (FL) or foreign MD credentials, experience in clinical research, and a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Accredited program and foreign MD training required.
• RN license in Florida required; compact RN licensure acceptable in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care and testing with visits and required testing.
• Document patient/study results in EPIC and complete sponsor data requirements.
• Communicate patient/study results to the research team on an ongoing basis.
• Screen and consent patients for clinical trials following GCP guidelines.
• Provide patient and family education regarding protocol drugs and procedures.
• Obtain medical history, monitor patient status and assess treatment effects.
• Conduct initiation, monitoring and close-out visits with sponsors.
