• Must practice discretion and adhere to hospital confidentiality guidelines; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and management of patient clinical information for trials.
• Facilitate trial assessments per protocol and ship samples as required.
• Maintain regulatory binders and prepare IRB submissions as needed.
• Register study participants in ONCORE and coordinate trial activities with the team.
• Coordinate start-up, monitoring visits, and site activations with internal teams and sponsors.
• Support audits and ensure study documentation is inspection-ready.
