Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the conduct of clinical trials under GCP. You will collect and manage patient data, ensure protocol-specific assessments, and help with regulatory binder maintenance and IRB submissions.

In this role, you will screen patients for eligibility, obtain informed consent for non-treatment trials, and register participants in ONCORE. Some travel to satellite sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 0–1 years of Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience in clinical research data collection and management.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and IRB submissions is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate data entry and use trial management systems (ONCORE).

Responsibilities

• Oversee data reporting and management, source documents, and data queries.
• Prepare regulatory reports and IRB submissions if needed; maintain binders.
• Ensure timely collection and shipment of trial samples per protocol and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments (Scheduling, Materials, Lab, Pharmacy, Nursing) for trial requirements.
• Organize for internal and external monitoring visits and audits.
• Manage trial life cycle communications with sponsors and regulators.
• Interact with study participants per protocol; assist with consent when required.
