Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in clinical research.
  • Experience with clinical trials in a hospital or research setting preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain study documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee primary data collection and management of patient information for trials.
  • Ensure timely trial assessments per protocol and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain trial binders and regulatory documents, and support IRB submissions.
  • Coordinate sample handling and shipment per protocol and IATA/DOT rules.
  • Enter subject visit data into the trial management system contemporaneously with visits.
  • Assist with site activations, audits, and data query resolutions.
