Responsibilities

• Screen potential patients for study participation and schedule protocol tests.

• Obtain and process regulatory documents; maintain source documentation.
• Enroll patients and monitor study participation; manage data entry and QA.
• Prepare for monitoring visits and coordinate specimen handling per protocol.
• Maintain regulatory binders; report adverse events and deviations as required.
• Communicate with sponsors and IRB; ensure protocol compliance.
