Job summary

Flourish Research is actively hiring a Patient Recruitment Specialist for our Walnut Creek, CA site. The role is onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift, with compensation ranging from $26 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include screening and enrolling participants, managing high-volume calls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. A high school diploma is required, college degree preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA preferred but not required.
• Experience with outbound/inbound calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a call center environment and manage high volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Read and communicate protocol expectations for patient visits and procedures.
• Recruit qualified study participants for enrollment while following ethics guidelines.
• Call and screen potential participants and follow up to provide timely responses.
• Enter medical history and demographics into CTMS or equivalent database.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and meetings; maintain portals and reporting.
