Job summary

Tempus seeks an experienced leader to oversee TIME operations across pharma partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver study start-up, patient matching, and KPI tracking while ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, robust project management, and executive presence to steer cross-functional steering committees and expansion opportunities within the TIME network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in complex clinical trials.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, start-up processes, budgets and IRB submission.
• Collaborative team player in a high-growth, evolving environment.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational rigor with attention to detail and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Executive presence with business analysis and project management experience.
• Experience with oncology and translational research in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute TIME operations with internal partners, developing plans and KPIs.
• Provide high-level scientific support for key client needs.
• Manage RFIs, legal reviews, questionnaires, and KPI measurements.
• Serve as primary contact for portfolio studies, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Organize cross-functional groups and steering committees with pharma and Tempus leaders.
• Coordinate engagement of subject matter experts across product areas.
• Understand contracts and ensure flawless execution including financials.
• Identify issues proactively and propose resolutions with stakeholders.
• Lead account health checks across units, sites, trials and projects.
• Drive partnership expansion and long-term strategic realization.
• Maintain collaborations with pharma partners, CROs and technology partners.
• Oversee study delivery in the TIME network from start-up to closure.
• Direct TIME Operations managers to support study start-up and patient matching.
• Assist in developing innovative tactics and tools to accelerate trials.
• Identify risks and coordinate resolution with internal/external partners.
• Travel occasionally; perform other duties as assigned.
