Job summary

Tempus in Kentucky seeks a senior Operations Lead to drive TIME program engagements for pharma partners, coordinating internal teams, timelines, KPIs, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

You will manage RFIs, legal reviews, scientific engagements, and KPI measurements, building solutions with Business Development and leading cross-functional steering committees to expand partnerships across the TIME network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years in clinical trials (site, sponsor or CRO).
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, study start-up, trial budgets, and trial operations.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and process improvements.
• Flexible and adaptable; work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Executive presence and experience in business analysis and PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute TIME operations with internal partners by developing plans, KPIs and deliverables.
• Lead operational and scientific support on high-need areas for clients.
• Manage RFIs, legal reviews, questionnaires, scientific engagements and KPI measurements.
• Act as a key contact for portfolio study execution, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development to propose solutions and expand partnerships.
• Organize cross-functional groups and steering committees with pharma and Tempus leadership.
