Tempus AI is seeking an Account Manager, Pharma to lead collaborations with pharmaceutical partners and CROs, manage study start-up activities, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You will work across Tempus’ ecosystem to accelerate cancer clinical trials, support site activation, and drive customer success.

The role requires 4+ years in clinical trials, deep knowledge of FDA regulations and study-start processes, and a proven track record in project management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in complex clinical trials from site, sponsor, or CRO perspective.
• Strong FDA, GCP, start-up knowledge and trial budgeting experience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand collaborations with pharmaceutical partners/CROs for rapid study start-up.
• Oversee delivery of studies for pharma clients with focus on quality and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day execution of studies from start-up to close-out ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with site operations, medical affairs, pathology, bioinformatics and data science to deliver key study deliverables.
• Identify risks to studies and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
