Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, or an Associate’s with relevant experience.
• General knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Collect essential documents and review for completeness and compliance with SOPs, protocols, and regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical study sites to support start-up, execution, and close-out activities.
• Create and maintain study trackers for enrollment, supplies, samples, and site information.
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of clinical supplies and investigational materials.
• Draft study documents and support CRF development and UAT for data systems.
• Represent Abbott as a customer advocate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support study budgets, timelines, and metrics with limited supervision.
• Maintain current SOPs and understanding of CFR/ICH guidance.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
