Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager - Full Service to oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with a focus on patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with CRAs and CeMs, review study scope, budgets and protocol content, identify risks, and drive risk mitigations to ensure on-time delivery.

Required: Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field; demonstrated leadership, ability to work in an international

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Manage site interactions post activation through closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments.
• Review study scope, budget and protocol content; ensure team awareness of obligations.
• Identify risks to outcomes and escalate to the project manager.
• Collaborate with Study Start Up, Patient Recruitment and Data Management to meet milestones.
• Ensure CTMS, dashboards and systems are set up and validated.
• Provide training to study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion, and timelines.
