You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and trials from initiation through data endgame, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma clinical research, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of US/global regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharma/biotech clinical research experience and at least 1 year as CTM.
• Demonstrated experience designing, initiating and managing phase 1-4 clinical trials.
• Experience managing CROs and vendor selection.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Subject matter expert in US/global regulations (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA CFR).

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution of clinical studies from synopsis to final deliverables.
• Lead budget, milestones, timelines, and resource management for studies.
• Oversee cross-functional study teams to meet budget and timelines.
• Risk management and mitigation to achieve study objectives.
• Lead vendor identification, qualification, and management (EDC, IWRS, labs, ePRO, eDiary).
• Monitor data integrity and perform data reviews, queries, and resolutions.
• Communicate program progress to senior management with dashboards and trackers.
