Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, a leader in tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to shape and manage cross-functional project portfolios at our Philadelphia sites. You will drive process standards, oversee complex initiatives, and report progress to senior leadership in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management experience.
• 10+ years in industry with leadership of multiple complex projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Shape project management processes and standards and provide guidance to less experienced project managers.
• Engage with senior leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategy.
• Identify and mitigate risks at a portfolio level and develop strategies for risk management affecting multiple projects.
• Create, establish, and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and facilitate complex cross-functional projects through all life cycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
• Deliver timely, high-quality output on multiple projects with clear charters, budget management, data analysis, and communication plans.
• Identify interdependencies, critical path and bottlenecks, and help remove barriers to progress toward goals.
• Establish and report portfolio progress to senior leadership using dashboards.
• Coach all levels of the organization in project management concepts and best practices.
