Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead biotech oncology programs. You will drive operational execution of trials, manage CROs, budgets, timelines and vendors, and ensure data integrity across phases 1–4.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality registrational submissions and support regulatory interactions. Remote work is not specified; strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech clinical research with oncology experience.
• Experience designing, initiating and managing phase 1–4 trials.
• Experience managing CROs and vendor selection.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Subject matter expert in US/global regulations (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA CFR).
• Broad data collection, monitoring, cleaning and analysis in development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution of clinical studies from synopsis to final deliverables.
• Manage study budgets, milestones, timelines, and resources including vendors.
• Lead cross-functional study teams within approved budgets and timelines.
• Risk management to meet program objectives.
• Coordinate vendor identification/qualification and system setup (EDC, IWRS, labs).
• Support trial endgame with data and statistical analyses.
• Ensure data integrity through reviews and queries.
• Report progress to senior management with dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
