Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Lead Clinical Training and Support professional to empower physician practices across NYPMG. You will educate, train, and optimize workflows, acting as a subject matter expert for Epic EMR and related clinical technologies.

You will mentor staff, coordinate onboarding, and drive operational excellence within a hybrid New York, NY environment. Must have strong communication and healthcare operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, training, or clinical systems support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering education and support to healthcare providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing workflow optimization across ambulatory practices to improve efficiency and user adoption of clinical systems.
• Conduct provider engagement sessions to identify workflow gaps and operational needs.
• Develop, implement, and standardize workflows across regions for consistency.
• Create and maintain educational resources, onboarding materials, and workflow documentation.
• Lead onboarding initiatives, Epic proficiency programs, and provider support standards.
• Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams to prioritize workflow enhancements.
