NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Lead Clinical Training and Support professional to empower physician practices within the Medical Groups. This role delivers education, training, workflow optimization, and application expertise across Epic EMR, Duo, Dragon, and e-Prescribing to providers and staff.

You will drive onboarding, mentor team members, coordinate learning schedules, and partner with clinical and IT teams to promote operational excellence and consistent patient care nationwide

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related healthcare operations, training, clinical systems support, or workflow optimization experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and user adoption of clinical systems.
• Conduct provider engagement sessions to identify workflow gaps and needs.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standardized workflows across regions.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of educational resources and onboarding materials.
• Lead provider onboarding initiatives and Epic proficiency programs.
• Serve as liaison between clinical users and technical teams to prioritize enhancements.
