Job summary

Family Centers in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Clinical Systems Coordinator to oversee Epic, Evolv and related clinical information systems, coordinate health information management activities, and ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective use of clinical technology across the organization.

You will lead EHR administration, training, workflow optimization, and user support, collaborate with EPIC analysts and operations, monitor tickets, and help implement new EPIC functionality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare workflows including clinical documentation, registration, scheduling, and patient care processes.
• Experience supporting Epic users, healthcare workflows, system optimization, implementation, or clinical operations.
• Experience with project coordination, workflow improvement, process improvement, or change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational resource for Epic, Evolv, and other clinical information systems.
• Coordinate user account requests, role assignments, access reviews, and security-related system functions.
• Assist with system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Monitor support tickets, user concerns, and system issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot workflow and system utilization issues in collaboration with EPIC analyst, IT resources, vendors and operational leaders.
• Support implementation of new EPIC functionality, workflows, templates, forms, and documentation tools.
