BD, USA NJ - Franklin Lakes, seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical support and education for Medication Delivery Solutions. You will drive training, conversions, and post-sale engagement with customers, collaborating with regional teams to maximize outcomes.

The role requires RN credentials, BSN preferred, and substantial travel up to 70-80% to support customers and clinical programs.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years general nursing experience with 3 years ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement (PICC & midline) preferred.
Strong communication and training skills are required.

Responsibilities

Manage travel & expense within allotted budget.
Provide regional training and updates to Clinical Manager.
Facilitate customer training classes for conversions/retention.
Collaborate with regional team to support customer engagements from pre-sale to post-conversion.
Build relationships with end-users and provide in-servicing and clinical education.
Provide routine follow-up support at customer sites.
Conduct regional training for nursing support as needed.
Coordinate with managers to optimize schedules for maximum results.
Conduct vascular access assessments to support vascular care and sales teams.
