Job summary

BD in the United States (USA NJ - Franklin Lakes) seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver expert nursing-based clinical support and education for the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio. You will lead training, assist in conversions, and partner with regional teams to enhance outcomes and service delivery.

The candidate will have an RN license, ASN, and vascular access expertise, with 3+ years in ultrasound-guided procedures, and be prepared for extensive travel and field support.

Qualifications

ASN in nursing required; BSN preferred.
Active RN license in good standing.
Advanced vascular access certification preferred (CRNI/VA-BC/CCRN/CEN).
Minimum 3 years of clinical ultrasound-guided vascular access experience.

Responsibilities

Manage clinical education and training for customers in the region.
Support conversion and retention opportunities with end-users.
Collaborate with regional teams to optimize scheduling and activities.
Provide product in-servicing and clinical expertise for BD vascular access products.
Travel up to 70% to support customers and training sessions.
