Job summary

Planned Parenthood Great Plains seeks a Health Services Site Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive staff trainings across abortion and vasectomy-related care areas, ensuring compliance and high standards of clinic support. The role oversees task completion, documents progress, and liaises with the Health Services Training Team to maintain quality across multiple sites.

The position requires 6 months in a clinical support role, 1–2 years of electronic health records experience, and travel

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a clinical support role for 6 months.
• 1-2 years electronic health records experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clinical staff and physicians.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers comprehensive staff trainings across clinical support areas.
• Oversees task completion and ensures proper documentation for program review.
• Coordinates with Health Services Training Team to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintains proficiency with EPIC systems and related documentation conventions.
• Travels to multiple locations as needed to deliver training sessions.
