Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking a Clinical Trainer to deliver initial and ongoing training for Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and ASC personnel. You will partner with Assistant Managers and Preceptors to ensure established curricula are delivered, support competency development, and address identified gaps.

You will maintain training records, support onboarding, and help implement new workflows while traveling to assigned locations to deliver training and support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience required.
• Experience using eClinicalWorks required.
• Experience training, mentoring, or developing healthcare employees preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support initial and ongoing training for Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and ASC staff.
• Provide training and retraining to address competency gaps.
• Observe and audit employee work to reinforce standards and assess competency.
• Maintain training records and track completion, progress, and gaps.
