Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead our ABA care teams for children and adults with autism. You will design and oversee treatment plans, supervise Program Supervisors and RBTs, and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.

You will apply ABA methodologies such as ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT to improve communication and independence, while coordinating with families, providers, and insurers. This is a full-time, on-site role in California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• BCBA® or BCBA-D certification in good standing required.
• Minimum 3 years experience with autism including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living.
• At least 12 BACB course sequence units or equivalent experience in ABA programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence and communication.
• Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL.
• Apply ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT to create effective interventions.
• Design data collection procedures to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts.
• Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews; provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to extend ABA techniques to home.
• Manage client documentation and review data for timely insurance reports.
