Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to lead comprehensive educational programs for customers and internal staff at our New Jersey training center in Madison. You will drive curriculum development, deliver engaging sessions, and partner with clinical, sales, and technical teams to maximize the value of our metra device.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Madison, NJ for several days weekly, and may include occasional travel to support conferences and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in Medical Device Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, or related areas.
• Engaging and enthusiastic trainer with dynamic delivery.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of various clinical and technical training programs.
• Drive educational initiatives and curriculum development for clinical and technical education.
• Oversee the OrganOx Training Center operations, including setup and maintenance.
• Provide mentorship to the Clinical Specialist and Sales teams.
• Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales and technical teams to identify training needs.
• Support customers in maximizing product benefits and stay current with industry trends.
• Lead weekly training updates and deliver initial field onboarding and ongoing training.
