Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in Medical Device Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, or a related field
• Engaging and enthusiastic trainer/presenter with a dynamic delivery style (essential)
• Experience with the relevant device platform (preferred)
• Ability to travel as needed for conferences and training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills (live and virtual)
• Familiarity with standard training and education concepts, practices, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of various clinical and technical training programs

• Manage the Training Center, including course set-up/breakdown, supplies, and equipment
• Provide mentorship to Clinical Specialist and Sales teams
• Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the audience
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and technical teams to identify training needs and support customized training plans
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to help customers maximize the benefits of the technology
• Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and the competitive landscape
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and resources
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and conferences
• Attend US congresses and conferences as needed
• Work cross-functionally to assess needs and develop targeted training programs supporting commercial objectives
• Serve as clinical lead within the training team for field onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
• Lead clinical updates on weekly training calls
• Implement training strategy, content creation, and delivery for assigned programs
• Support mentors and proctors in assessing training effectiveness and developing follow-up programs

Job description

This is a commercial-stage organ technology company dedicated to developing technologies that improve outcomes for patients with acute or chronic organ failure. The company is a pioneer in normothermic machine perfusion (NMP), with a flagship platform used across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia. The technology has been used in thousands of liver transplants to date, keeping donor livers in a metabolically active state outside the body - enabling longer preservation times and functional organ assessment prior to transplant, and ultimately increasing the number of organs available for transplant.

The Clinical Training Manager (CTM) will be responsible for the facilitation and implementation of comprehensive educational programs and training courses for customers and internal staff at the company's New Jersey training center. The CTM will also facilitate clinical device overview sessions for global partners and guests visiting the New Jersey home office. As clinical lead in the home office, this person will contribute to projects with strategic and tactical execution to maximize opportunities, drive clinical advantages, and build strategic partnerships.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at the company's US headquarters in New Jersey for at least 3 days/week, with the possibility of up to 5 days/week per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
