Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to lead education programs at our New Jersey training center in Madison. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and travel as needed.

You will develop curricula, deliver clinical and sales training, mentor teams, and ensure customers maximize the metra and normothermic perfusion benefits. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in medical device education or clinical training are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in Medical Device Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, or related areas.
• Engaging trainer with dynamic delivery and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of clinical and technical training programs.
• Drive educational initiatives and develop curricula for training programs.
• Lead OrganOx Training Center setup, maintenance, and equipment management.
• Mentor Clinical Specialists and Sales teams.
• Create and deliver educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales and technical teams to tailor training plans.
• Ensure customers maximize benefits of the metra and NMP technologies.
• Attend conferences and workshops; deliver both live and virtual training.
• Lead weekly clinical updates and assess training effectiveness.
