Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking a training supervisor to oversee initial and ongoing education for Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and related clinical roles across the Coastal region, including Fayetteville, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience required.
• Experience communicating professionally with patients, clinicians, coworkers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on all aspects of their role from a clinical perspective.
• Audit work of staff for accuracy and retraining needs.
• Retrain staff as necessary and improve training strategies and materials.
• Coordinate staffing schedules with HR and Operations.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance and lead quarterly clinical staff meetings.
