Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Specialist - Clinician to analyze, develop, deliver, and evaluate organizational training for Advanced Practice Clinicians and Health Center Providers. The role includes providing reproductive health care and clinical services, aligned with our mission to advance sexual and reproductive healthcare for all.

The position requires NP/PA credentials, state licenses, DEA, BLS, and at least two years in family planning, with

Qualifications

Current state license as a Registered Nurse/APN in Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska with National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health Care, Adult or Family Practice NP OR current state license as a Physician's Assistant in Iowa, Minnesota, or Nebraska.
Active DEA license in the state of current licensure and practice
Master's degree is required
Current Healthcare provider BLS certification
Two years' experience working in a family planning
Two years' experience inserting/removing IUCs
Access to independent transportation, valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance, with willingness to drive to different health center sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Works with training and development teams to understand needs and develop interventions and materials.
Designs and develops training materials for staff training, mentoring, and coaching.
Delivers training curriculum and implements evaluation systems to ensure learning transfer.
Promotes standardization of evidence-based clinical practices.
Supports ongoing evaluation of clinical services and patient care delivery.
