We are seeking a Maryland-licensed Clinical Supervisor passionate about clinical leadership, therapist supervision, staff development, and high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to graduate-level clinicians and counseling interns, consistent with licensure requirements.
• Guide case conceptualization, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications
